my first attempt at masking

I have been wanting to try this technique for ages. As I really love these two images I thought they would suit this technique perfectly. I haven't put a sentiment on this card because I think I may keep it for my hubby. Next month will be our 10th wedding anniversary and I may give him this card but not too sure as yet. I have also stitched, not faux, but really stitched with proper needle and thread...(cor thats two cards now), the patterned paper is K & Co, can't get enough of their papers at the mo. Coloured the image with Copic markers. Think I have got another new addiction ....oh eck!!!

Here is a link if anyone is interested in trying the masking technique for themselves

Thanks for passing by xx vicki xx
