There is a great sketch to follow over at the Spiral Whisper blog, it's their first challenge so I thought I would join in. I've used that lovely nurse image by the incredibly talented Kerryjo, which has been coloured with Copics, sentiment was printed on my computer, nestabilites, cuttlebug embossing folder and papers from my stash.
