Sleepy Time Bear

Hiya, I'm back with some more cards, this crafting lark is becoming addictive again.....lol . I've been having a lil play with my Gypsy by welding shapes together to create shaped cards and these are what I've come up with.  I'm not used to making the clean and simple type of card, infact it took me longer to make this style of card compared to my usual but I guess it's good to try new styles now and then. Sorry about the poor piccies, easel cards are not the easiest to photograph are they.

I'm entering these into the following challenges:-

Creative Card Crew - Anything Goes
Fab 'n ' Funky - Cute and Cuddly

Goodies used for both cards are available from Dies To Die For
Image - High Hopes - "Sleepy Time Bear"
Spellbinders Shapeabilties Fleur De Lys (not sure if they are in stock at the mo?)
Sentiments - Stampin Up

Thanks for taking the time to visit my lil oasis.  Hope you all have a lovely weekend.

Hello everyone, hope your all doing well.  Gosh don't these Friday's come along quickly these days, can't believe the weekend is almost upon us again.....So I guess that means it's time for another Stampin for the Weekend challenge....yippppeeeeee!!!! This week my luvly teamie Amy has come up with this fab lil sketch, (thanks chick really enjoyed making this one).

For this weeks SFTW challenge card I've used this fabby High Hopes stamp called "Warm Wishes", (Tracy over at Dies to Die For has a wide variety of High Hopes stamps available....go check them out and while your there why not bag yourself a bargain with todays special offers, plus check out all those new stamps Tracy has just taken stock of...oh eck I feel a spending spree coming on..uh oh!!!!!!)  Warm Wishes has been coloured with Copics.  The Basic Grey "Archaic" papers have been distressed and machine sewn.  Raffia lace and eyelets from my stash. The sentiment is HOTP.

So I guess your wondering who our sponsor is this week, well a huge thanks to Whiff of Joy for kindly donating this stamp for our prize, isn't it a lil cutie and all you have to do to win is follow Amy's sketch.

We have Tracy and Jerusha as our Guest Design Team members this week, please check out their wonderful creations.  Thank you ladies for creating such beautie cards again.

All the girlies over at Stampin for the Weekend have done a marvellous job with Amy's sketch this week, why not pay them a lil visit and say "Hi" while your there.

I hope you all have a fun weekend.  My eldest daughter is off to Wembley tomorrow on a Guide trip to celebrate the 100th birthday of Girl Guides......she's only gonna see JLS, Pixie Lotte, The Noisettes, Alexandra Burke, The Saturdays to name but a few live on stage....oh I so wish I was going....
